I think there is no profession of deficiency,only have the loss of the enterprise.If the industry is not good,it is very difficult operate an enterprise no matter what you do,this have nothing to do with one’s ability or responsibility.But when the industry is in the booming stage,why some enterprises can operate good,and some others can not? The key point for this is “People”.The factory makes the product,the mind creates the brand.The product is a crystallization of the conceive and design of the “People”,the design is good or not is decided by the scientific researcher’s attitude; products are sold and protected by “People”,the service is good or not is depend on the enthusiasm. Both “Intention” and “Enthusiasm” is depended on “People”.In fact,no matter which kind of things it is,if we try our best to do it as good as we can,I believe all of us can be sucessful.
